Global Insights Manager
As an expert on consumer insights, you’ll bring the voice of the consumer into our day-to-day operations. You’re genuinely interested in people and what makes them tick: why they do what they do and buy what they buy. You’re helping the business to truly, deeply understand consumers and how these insights can be translated into impactful communication.
Building and leading the Insights & Planning team, you’ll consult internal stakeholders like the Content Creation, User Projects and wider marketing teams by delivering compelling, actionable insights. Thereby you ensure strategic decision-making is founded on a deep understanding of consumers’ needs. By identifying and communicating global and local consumer habits, needs and trends to relevant stakeholders, you make sure that trivago stays ahead of the curve.
